Broke my dreams We got a CPO RDX from here last month. During test drive, we found some noise. While they initially denied, another manager agreed and they said they will try to fix it. However they couldn't fix it. Overall it is a good car, so we decided to live with it. However noise become annoying. After 3 weeks I took the car to Davis Acura where they fixed it in couple of hours. So this dealer either does not have good service center or did not try to fix at all. Also car had some other minor issues which I had to get it fixed out of my pocket expense as they are not covered in CPO. Also I did not have a pleasant/pleasurable experience (not because we didn't get discount. We did receive discount. It is mainly of the way they talk & treat) while discussing & negotiating with their Manager. I definitely had much better experience in other dealerships. I prefer not to go again. Just after a week we got the CPO, it started showing TPMS warning due to low pressure in one of the tires. I thought it is normal and fixed it. However it showed that warning every 2-3 weeks after that. So, I took to Davis Acura. They said that one of the wheel was cracked. I called Acura West Chester to explain that I had this issue from beginning. That sales manager did not even care for it. As suggested by Acura Customer Care, I called GM and he offered to take 50% of the repair. However I got that done for free from Acura Customer Service at Davis Acura as they believed that the problem exists even before I got the car. I don't know why all this happen to me alone. We got an extended warranty while we purchased the car. However few weeks later we cancelled it. While everything went fine, they refunded the original cost but didn't refund the sales tax. The lady tried to say that it goes to state department etc. However in PA, we get the Sales tax back when we return items. After couple of calls, they refunded the sales tax too. Please be aware.. Awesome Customer Service! Another incredible experience with Acura! Our Sales Consultant (Craig) actually brought the vehicle to our home for a test drive, and then had someon Another incredible experience with Acura! Our Sales Consultant (Craig) actually brought the vehicle to our home for a test drive, and then had someone from Finance come to our home a few days later to complete the paperwork/etc. This was the second time that Craig did this- after the first vehicle, we were hooked. This is the only way to purchase a vehicle, in my opinion. Going to a dealership is incredibly time consuming, and can often be stressful (pressure, price haggling, etc.). Craig went way beyond the 'call of duty' to deliver such a high level of customer service. My wife and I have owned Hondas for the past 15+ years (and been very happy with them), but the opportunity to 'trade up' to an Acura with that type of convenience was something we couldn't refuse. Assuming the Acuras are as good as we expect them to be, we'll be buying more cars from Craig in the future (regardless of which dealership he's employed at). Thanks Craig!! More

He also took the time to review some additional features with me a couple days after the sale as well. Horrible experience!!! I was in the market for a 2014 Acura MDX. I do not have a lot of free time so do most of my car shopping via cars.com and email. I contacted piazza Ac I was in the market for a 2014 Acura MDX. I do not have a lot of free time so do most of my car shopping via cars.com and email. I contacted piazza Acura about a car but it turned out to be a 2wd mdx. They did inform me that they also had a 4wd version which was priced online at $34400. I told the sales rep that if they could come down on the price I would take a look at it. She said they could and we set up an appointment to look at the 4wd. I went to the dealer and looked at the 1 car. I was short on time but they wanted to go over pricing and made an offer of $30500 for the car. I told them I would think about it. The next morning I called and gave my credit card number and made a deposit of $500. After making the deposit I received a call about an hour later that the offer they made was on a different car and they could sell it for $34k. At this point I had already cancelled appointments to look at other cars on my only free Saturday. After some back and forth they made me what they said was a great offer for customer service of $32500. I declined because they refused to sell the car for what they had originally offered. The car is now still for sale and they are now asking $32900. So let me get this right after giving me a horrible experience the best offer you can make is the same you will now make to anyone walking in the door 3 weeks later?? Thanks a lot. I want everyone to be aware of this dealers pricing methods. More
