I just purchased a 2012 Acura TSX last week. The whole experience was great. John Brescia and Ellsworth Rhedrick assited me and my wife through the process. What was realy is impressive is that when I picked up my car Ellsworth came out to the car with me and assisted in setting everything up. When I drove away my cell phone was linked via Bluetooth and my phone’s address book was down loaded into the car. I was only a mle away from the dealer and I was able to call my wife from the car’s hands free phone system. I have a friend who just purchased a Volvo from right down the road. When I asked if they are using the hand free phone they told me that everytime they attempted to set it up they failed. That they had called their salesman and asked him how to do it and he told tham that he did not have a clue. They could not believe that my saleman helped me set everything up before I left the parking lot. I just rolled over 1,000 miles, and I have to say my Acura TSX is everything I expected and more. I would like to thank both John and Ellsworth, I love my Acura TSX. More

I took my MDX into my local service station for inspection and the windshield wipers mysteriously turned on and wouldn't shut off. I call West Chester Acura and they immediately scheduled me for r inspection and the windshield wipers mysteriously turned on and wouldn't shut off. I call West Chester Acura and they immediately scheduled me for repair (this was still under warranty.) I was at their location within 30 minutes. From the person who took my initial call to the person who handed me the keys to my car, everyone was polite, accommodating and willing to help. Stuart called to explain what was wrong with my car and what they did to fix it. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in their service! I will definitely use their Service Department again in the future! More
