Piazza clearly values me as a customer and that is evident every time I am in the dealership. My car is worked, it is spotless upon return and I have been given loaner vehicles to minimize my disruption. This last visit I didn't anticipate needing one, but when it was evident that the work scope grew, Lee found a car for me to drive almost immediately. 5 out of 5 is my rating for Piazza ACURA.
