This was the first time we took our MDX in for an oil change since purchasing in December 2011. I could not have been more thrilled about how timely and friendly the service was. Everything was explained to me in detail including the services being performed and what I was being charged. The technician even updated our service-log in our glove-box without being asked! We would highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a car and also for any service/auto body work! More

I bought my car from Acura West Chester in 2003 and have had my car serviced there ever since. The people are friendly, the online scheduling system easy to use and they confirm your appointment promptly. J had my car serviced there ever since. The people are friendly, the online scheduling system easy to use and they confirm your appointment promptly. John,has always been my service rep and he explains things to me and always lets me know if the item is a safety issue or something I can let go for awhile. They always let me know the pricing up front and if they can cut me a break on the price, they will. I even had Darren, the sales manager, accept an out of date coupon because I couldn't get my car in during the time the coupon was effective. I will continue to bring my car to Acura West Chester for service and buy another Acura when I need a new car (hopefully, it won't be for awhile as I love my 2004 Acura TSX). More

The service department is very consistant and fast. The staff goes out of their way to be polite and helpful. The express service (for oil change/tire rotation) is especially convenient.
