I brought my car in for its complimentary first service. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I had a few scratches on the car and they buffed them out for no charge. Gail kept me informed on a regular basis as to what what going on and what the options were. Because of the amount of time estimated for my service, I chose the rental option. It was an extremely easy proc going on and what the options were. Because of the amount of time estimated for my service, I chose the rental option. It was an extremely easy process. When it was determined that I need to keep my car overnight, there was no issue in keeping the rental during the period.
