I've given them a 5 for all categories, save quality of work, save price, as I feel their costs could be more competitive for some of the basic maintenance items, like inspections/emissions, or replacing brake pads. However, for the convenience and outstanding customer service, and ensuring my now six-year-old, 120k mile vehicle stays in top shape, it's been worth it. More

My 2005 Acura RL, bought new in 2004, has 114,000 miles on it and has only been serviced at Piazza Acura. I have never had a problem with the car.
