Gail kept me informed on a regular basis as to what what going on and what the options were. Because of the amount of time estimated for my service, I chose the rental option. From the time I dropped my car at the service desk I was treated like a VIP! The amount of time the service took was under what was estimated. My car was hand washed to perfection.
