A few weeks ago I bought my fourth car from Piazza Acura The dealership has always been great. First I like to acknowledge the great job Stuart in service does. A pleasure to work with. Secondly I worked The dealership has always been great. First I like to acknowledge the great job Stuart in service does. A pleasure to work with. Secondly I worked with Angela in buying my last rdx. She was great. But I have to say reluctantly what happened when the paperwork was being worked up. Angela said it take approx 25 minutes so we decided to stay and wait. But approx over an hour later we were called in Tammer apologized for the delay. While working on our paper work a couple came in that were supposed to be there at noon. It was approx 6:00. So Tammer explained that he decided to stop our paperwork and work on the late commers. Well honestly that did not sit well with my wife and I. We almost walked out not to come back. We never showed how upset we were. Your past service and professionalism kept us from leaving. My wife really wanted to forget the car. That incident was so unprofesional. Angela never mentioned why the delay. Just 5 more minutes for the next half hour. That incident has me reconsidering another dealer. Up until then I have nothing but great things to say about everyone at Piazza Acura over the years. Thank You. Bob Urbine More
