Bad experience with service department, again. Previous experience I did not post, but I have had enough now. Had a problem with blurry back up camera image on 2022 CRV Hybrid. Made an appointment to experience I did not post, but I have had enough now. Had a problem with blurry back up camera image on 2022 CRV Hybrid. Made an appointment to have it replaced under warranty. Waited 10 days, took a day off from work, came in…just to be told that the blurry image according to their tech is normal! What??!! Later learned they failed to order replacement back-up camera and did not want to admit fault. Going elsewhere for service. Soooo angry. By the way, another dealer just verified that back-up camera needs replacement. Hm…Piazza Honda service up to Honda standards? I don’t think so…Stay away, unless you want aggravation. Will not come back! More
