I had a very disturbing and offensive experience. As suggested by your staff, I brought a personal check to pay for the service to avoid additional credit card fees. When picking up my vehicle and paying, I was told that the total amount due was too much for one personal check. Because the dealership was unable to verify funds at the time, I was asked to pull up my personal back account on my phone, and show it to a sales person in the showroom. What reasonable, professional business asks their customers to share this personal information of the amount of money they have in their bank account, and actually show it to an employee? I had no choice but to comply if I wanted to get my vehicle back, which I needed in order to go to work the next morning. This awful experience will make me think about going elsewhere in the future. This was unacceptable. If you were trying to offend your customers, you succeeded. More
I came in for an inspection and was told that Al. I needed was a right front light bulb, (2) license plate light bulbs and a cabin air filter. When I checked out my bill was $285.66 which I thought at the time was excessively high but I paid the bill. Then when I got home I saw that I was charged for a CPH, A/C sanitization service and a climate kit which was never discussed with me nor did I approve these additional services! ($51.00, 79.77 & $32.72). I will be going to Lancaster or Lebanon when I need any future service on my Insight. More

Im happy with my service and support but…I’m am blown away by the audacity to charge a 3.5% fee to people wishing to pay with a credit card. Most people don’t have the cash to pay for your services outri away by the audacity to charge a 3.5% fee to people wishing to pay with a credit card. Most people don’t have the cash to pay for your services outright, meanwhile - you make money hand over fist and have the gall to pass on a credit card fee to your customer, who will most likely need to make interest bearing payments for MONTHS just to pay off your services. Talk about insult to injury! Please do better. More
