Appt made for 8:30am so I could discuss anything needed before work got hectic in the afternoon. Rep called around 10:30 to confirm I was getting car inspected. I confirmed but disappointed it haven’t even before work got hectic in the afternoon. Rep called around 10:30 to confirm I was getting car inspected. I confirmed but disappointed it haven’t even been looked at yet. Couple hours later rep left message car was inspected and needed to go over things. Called back and left message to text me because my job gets hectic in the afternoon and I can only text, which was why I made a morning appt. Rep just kept calling and leaving the same message over and over again. Not giving me any info if car was ready or needed anything. Just telling me to call him back. I just kept texting and he just kept calling…when I showed up to pick it up I found out it did pass inspection but was due for new tires. I could have addressed that earlier in the day but I guess I’ll get them somewhere else now. More

David Roman was excellent with his customer service. This was my first time buying a car so I did not know much about the process but he was very helpful explaining and breaking down how everything work This was my first time buying a car so I did not know much about the process but he was very helpful explaining and breaking down how everything works.
