I recently purchased a used 2020 Honda Odyssey from Piazza Honda of Reading. I was on THE HUNT for a used minivan as they are in short supply and was elated to see a nearby dealer had one in stock. The appointment process was simple and we were assigned to Charles Arrington as our sales associate. He was warm, cordial, and not pushy whatsoever. He was very patient with my accountant of a husband who asks a million questions. Charles also didn’t mind stating he’d get back to us with an answer if he didn’t have it, which a lot of sales people (in my opinion) don’t say enough. They were able to beat the monthly payment I’d have with my bank with one of theirs and gave us a great deal. I traded in my old car and they gave me a MORE than fair price for it. Totally recommend this dealership and Charles. No one was stuffy or overly pushy - just a dealership doing their jobs. I also had a small issue that the service department took care of next day, no problem. Thanks Piazza! More
