I went to have a remote key made. I called a day or two prior I was informed that the make/model was available it would take approximately an hour to program and no appointment was re I called a day or two prior I was informed that the make/model was available it would take approximately an hour to program and no appointment was required. I show up and was told at first unsure if they could get me in needless to say this didn’t go well but they were able to get me in! More

I made appointment for routine maintenance but turned out to be too early. The person at check in (I forget to get her name) explained and saw there was a recall on the car so changed up that so wasn’t a was to be too early.
