The internet manager gave me decent pricing and we agreed on the price offer email. Other dealers I contacted wouldn't give me prices over the phone. I would recommend with the following caveat - We had Acura’s for over 12 years, and always had excellent service. We recently bought a used Acura and needed and inspection. I got a text the morning of Acura’s for over 12 years, and always had excellent service. We recently bought a used Acura and needed and inspection. I got a text the morning of our 7:30 am appointment, but never received any other contact after that. The flow sheet link showed the car hadn’t even been looked at. at 4:45 I texted and called our contact person to check on the car but no response. The next day I called and it turned out the car was finished, but I hadn’t received word. My email address was incorrect, and also, I gave them our “new owner” information 2x, but when I picked up the car it was still under the old owner’s information. (We bought the car from a family member- but if it wasn’t a family member I wouldn’t have wanted their information)! Lots of communication mistakes during this visit! Inspection complete, but We had to change plans to pick up the car on a day we didn’t expect to pick it up. More
