Great Experience We've had our 2014 Odyssey for about a week and it's been great so far. Dealing with Piazza and specifically Tom Miller was a wonderful experience. We don't buy or lease vehicles often, so we were skeptical and looking for some type of catch with pricing, etc. However, there was no pressure from Tom and their price was certainly a fair one. This wasn't even the closest dealership to our house, but the closer one did not take interest in our business or even bother to search for the particular vehicle we wanted. Tom was extremely professional and found the vehicle we wanted. To top it off, after not having our all weather mats in stock for pick-up, and having driven some distance to this dealership a few times already (not ideal with small kids), Tom made a front door delivery to our house to drop off the mats when they were in. You can't beat that kind of service! This is definitely a dealership and salesman I would consider buying from again! More

Worth the 80 mile drive I already spent time at various dealers test driving various makes and models. Then we settled on the color, model, options and so forth. Then we lo I already spent time at various dealers test driving various makes and models. Then we settled on the color, model, options and so forth. Then we looked up on the internet inventory of possible matches. Found 5 matches within 100 miles. Piazza Reading Honda was 80 miles away. I was halfway there and figured till I drove to Reading would only have 45 minutes tops till I had to leave. But I drove there anyway. I was met by salesman, TOM MILLER, who was outstanding. You could tell he was very, very professional and experienced. I told him my situation, I was shopping price, had a trade in, and didn't have much time. Tom said, I know what you want, I have been here before, I know you are out of town and I have one shot at this, I will give you a good price. Within 40 minutes, TOM MILLER, showed us the vehicle, inspected our trade-in, introduced us to his sales manager (ROB), who was extremely nice and professional, and gave us what I knew right away was a at least a very fair deal. I told him I would be calling back in a day or two either way and he simply said the obvious. We would love to make the deal, just let us know. Deal is good a few day if the car is not sold. With no pressure and professionally. I never had such a great experience. It was right after visiting a dealer (Faulker) who told me he would not give a price unless we would buy right away. I walked out. Glad I did because they already wasted an hour of my time but I still had the 45 minutes for Piazza Honda in Reading! Glad I went there. I always figured dealers would get within a few hundred of each other and I would be fine with knowing I got a reasonable deal. But, the local dealer looked me in the face and told me he can not match this price, he would lose money. He didn't know how I got this price. I believe it really was a competitive price -probably very fair to the customer. The taking delivery process was very smooth and you could tell this was a high volume dealer. Car was well gone over, and everything was as promissed. Tom Miller had everything ready to go ahead of time. I have never had a better experience than with this dealer and salesman (TOM MILLER). Whether you are local or distant, I am just saying these folks are professional, low pressure, great to work with and very reasonably priced. I don't write many reviews, but have to share this one.
