I am a late 20’s female Honda lover, and anyone would tell you they thought they would never see the day I traded my beloved 02’ Honda civic in. I was 18 when I got that car as a Christmas present from my family, and I never thought I would ever trade it in. With that said, I have been avoiding the car buying process, in fear of not finding something I like, can afford, and well because my car was just perfect for me. When reality hit that It was time to get a new car, I was introduced to Matt Stefan at Piazza Honda- Reading PA, well it was just a experience I need to share. I am a first time female car buyer, with NO idea as to the process of buying a car, It was such a relief to have a man like Matt to make this such a great experience. After the first talk with Matt about what I was looking for he had several options for me to choose from. Matt had taken a day or so to find a not so easy car to find, but he did --- where I became nervous to tell him I didn’t think I wanted that car anymore. I was nervous because he had put time and effort into finding a specific car that I thought I wanted, and I didn’t want him to think he was wasting time, but when I told Matt I was going to look at a more fuel efficient car, he commended me for making a good decision, and was more than willing to start a new search for a car- 15 minutes later he found a 2011 CRV EX-L with all the bells and whistles that anyone could ask for, AND SO MUCH MORE! It was at a different location, and he had gone above and beyond to get the car to his location the very next day, waxed cleaned you know all those fancy stuff to make this car shine like the sun! It was perfect, price was perfect, the deal was sealed. Matt took such amazing care of me, I fully understand every little detail of my purchase and it was such a relief to have had met a man, who was not in it for the sale, but for the customer experience, and that alone goes farther these days than just making a dollar. Matt was beyond friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to make me one happy customer! Because of Matt’s amazing customer service his enthusiasm and for being so awesome I have told all my friends family customers so on, they MUST GO SEE HIM. Anyone can make a sale, it takes someone who truly enjoys what they do to make a 1st time customer a life time customer!!! GO SEE MATT STEFAN!!!! More

I came to Piazza because I wanted to trade in my husband's Prius for a used Honda insight. When I called Matt (whom I had purchased my new Insight from 2 years ago), he returned my call promptly wi husband's Prius for a used Honda insight. Since we are familiar with Matt, he offered us a deal that allowed my husband to not only purchase a 2013 brand-new Honda, but the one that was in the showroom! The process for buying the car was smooth, seamless, efficient, and took very little time. Both my husband and I are very pleased to be driving Hondas and will recommend this dealership EVERY TIME. I arrived disheveled, and under-prepared. But, besides that, she was quite possibly the most considerate, service-oriented salesperson I've ever worked with. I left there feeling like I should friend her on Facebook and write her a thank you note. Hopefully, this review will suffice... Honda has really impressed me with their customer service, and that's rather rare. More

We needed a car for my son, found one we like on the Piazza web site, but did not really want to drive to Reading, Pa. to see it. Spoke with Nancy Juhasz over the phone and within 3 days she put everything together and delivered the car to my home on Saturday 1/25/2014 to my home for our inspection - even with a threat of snow in the forecast she took the time to drive the 1 1/2 hours so we could at least see the car. She was able to have all the paperwork prepared for us so if we did like the vehicle we could purchase on the spot. When she arrived the car looked even better than it did in the web site pictures, it was test driven by myself first then my son and within 1/2 hours we became the owner of our 2009 Honda Civic. Nancy made the purchase as smooth as could be, no haggle over pricing and everything was cut and dry. Just an overall GREAT EXPERIENCE, i would recommend her to anyone I know that is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle in the future. It takes a lot these days to find customer service of this nature, not every dealership is will to extend themselves this way. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome.
