It was not fun and I did not enjoy the experience. However, the moment that I stepped into Reading Honda and was greeted by Nancy, I felt comfortable. She has a cheerful and friendly personality. She was also totally knowledgeable about the specs and features of the Pilot. The purchasing experience went quickly and smoothly. I picked up my 2013 Pilot two days later and am wholly satisfied with it. From the research that I had done, I knew that it was going to be a good car but that Pilot has exceeded all of my expectations. I needed to have a wiring harness (for trailer towing) installed. Dropped the Pilot off Friday morning and picked it up a couple of hours later. The cost was what I was quoted and the work was done professionally. Nancy did follow-up several times to make sure that I was completely satisfied. Great customer service, a wonderful sales rep, no-pressure sales, and a truly great car. Thanks, Nancy!
