Always super easy. I thought I was going to need a rental for the day but Jon said if I was cool to wait about 2 hours then I'd save the $40 for the rental. The lounge I thought I was going to need a rental for the day but Jon said if I was cool to wait about 2 hours then I'd save the $40 for the rental. The lounge is great and I enjoyed the complimentary coffee while I did some work on the free WiFi. More

The customer service is excellent they really treat you like family. I met Jonathan and Cindy Patton they gave me so much kindness and patience.
