I totalled my car in an accident and then had to immediately leave for vacation. When I returned, I needed a car - and fast. I knew that I liked Acuras, but doubted that I'd be able to find a "good" used one that I could afford. Piazza Acura of Reading just happened to have a beautiful 2012 TSX SE with less than 10,000 miles that was in EXCELLENT condition. My friend and I drove down there and were pointed in the direction of Chuck Whitby. I was tired, stressed, and dreading the entire process (because basically, car shopping is a nightmare regardless of the circumstances). Chuck was great though - and ended up making a very frustrating situation (i.e. car shopping on a budget and time constraint) bearable. Everybody we interacted with at Piazza was helpful and pleasant. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Acura and couldn't be happier with the entire package. I have owned Acuras since the first year they have come out and work the best with the team from Reading. They are great. I enjoyed working with Bob as our salesman. Chuck was the person we dealt with, he was very professional. We found out later that he was a new sales person but that was not obvious to us because he conducted himself in a very professional wa professional.
