Good Morning, Ava! Looking at the service history it looks like we performed a fuel pump recall. That fuel pump sits under your back seats. My technicians are instructed to return everything to how it was brought in, with the exception of any child seats being buckled in for liability reasons. It sounds like the technician did not do that correctly. If I were in your shoes, I would be extremely upset. Please allow me to make it right for you. I can offer a valet service to pick up the vehicle and free the seatbelts so that they are accessible, and deliver it back to you. If you prefer to bring the vehicle yourself and your schedule allows, please come see me at your convenience, it should take less than 15 minutes to correct that issue. Please call me at 610 777 5618 to coordinate an option that works best for you to take care of you.
