The service team at Piazza Honda in Reading is simply the best. I normally work with Amelia, who is always quick to get back to me and simply a pleasure to do business with. This was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had, and it completely destroyed years of trust I had in this location. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 7 years, brought my parents here for service, and it completely destroyed years of trust I had in this location. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 7 years, brought my parents here for service, and recommended this place to others — but after this visit, I will never return. We were explicitly told over the phone that we could bring all three of our cars in for inspection on the same day. But when we arrived, Alex flat-out refused. He not only denied the agreement, but acted like we were wasting his time. His tone was rude, cold, and dismissive from the very beginning. He told us the inspections would be done by Monday. It wasn’t finished until Wednesday, and no one contacted us to give an update. I had to keep calling and reaching out to Alex and left voice messages and he ignored me. My elderly parents were left without transportation for days, and no one at the dealership cared enough to update us. Just 2 days after getting the car back, the AC suddenly stopped cooling — after 10 years of perfect performance. When I talked to Alex’s attention, he immediately denied everything, refused to help, and didn’t even offer to look at the car. When I asked if there was a manager I could speak to, he said no manager was in the store — as if no one was in charge of anything. That was the final straw. No support. No responsibility. No accountability. It was clear from the start that once I declined their extra service recommendations, they stopped caring. I was brushed off, dismissed, and left with unresolved problems. Alex is the most unprofessional service advisor I’ve ever dealt with. He should not be working in customer service at all. This dealership’s handling of loyal customers is disgraceful. I tried to contact Rebecca, the service manager, to explain the situation — and she never called me back. It’s completely unacceptable that no one has taken any responsibility or shown any basic professionalism. We weren’t asking for a free fix — we were asking for a fair explanation and some accountability after a highly suspicious issue appeared right after the inspection. If this is how this dealership treats longtime customers, then we’ll absolutely take our business elsewhere More
