Good afternoon, I apologize that we were unable to correct the vibration issue with the axles. Per our lengthy discussion, the vehicle has multiple possible contributing factors that may be creating the concern. When we diagnose vehicles, we have to follow the bread crumbs and replace failed parts as we can verify. I am deeply saddened that I have failed you in the rating of this review as i thought we had a very good relationship with the time spent together trying to help. When you drop off a car the day before your 8:00 am the next day appointment, I certainly do not expect to have to wait until 4:00 pm to have the work completed since it was an oil change and State inspect More

Good afternoon! I completely understand your frustration, and if I were in your position I would have the same concern. Just to clarify, all drop off appointments are until end of day, which is 4:30. This is to allow time for waiting appointments to also be accommodated throughout our day! We always try to reach an early commitment if requested, but that may be difficult with a fully committed waiting schedule. We always have rentals and shuttles available in house if a ride is needed to drop off or pick up your vehicle if that helps! You need to explain to me why my drop off the day before is not considered a "waiting appointment"? If my appointment is 9:00am and I drop off the day before, am I a "waiting appointment" or may I have to wait until 4:00 pm?

Absolutely! a waiting appointment is for those who are waiting in the dealership while the work is performed. A drop off appointment is for those who drop the vehicle off here and leave. the appointment time is selected as a time for the vehicle to be dropped off and checked in. I will make sure we consult with all scheduling staff to make sure they clarify the difference. I apologize for any confusion or mis information on our behalf

I have reviewed the appointment from creation, it looks like it was made on our website, and a drop off was selected and the verification sent to your email says drop off as well. One other thing, I was called at 9:00 am and told that everything was OK and there were two possible issues. One was a bushiing was leaking and the timing belt was due to be replaced. The bushing would pass inspection so I declined both issues. Now if every thing that would not pass inspection was reviewed at 9:00, what took until 1:30 to get the "paper work" complete and oil changed?

Sure I can clarify! Some of my master technicians have more than one service bay, which allows them to look at a vehicle and begin the process while awaiting the next waiting appointment. This allows him to be efficient and keep moving to accommodate our schedule accordingly. He may have begin the process in the morning, and after performing the initial inspection of your vehicle, had laterally moved to a waiting appointment. This is why choosing wait vs drop off is so important to the specific scheduling and work flow of our department. I am unable to upload any photos showing the confirmation that details the drop off selection at time of scheduling but I am happy to email it to you if you would like. Hello! We apologize if you feel that the services recommended were not needed. It looks like an alignment was recommended which is something tire companies recommend once a year. The other service is the rear differential service which due at 15,000 miles for the break in period per Honda. Your mileage at your visit was 15,050. Recommended services come to us via Honda directly for maintaining the vehicles that they manufacture. I hope that helps explain a little more. Thank you!
