I was very happy with the recall service. I was very happy with the dealer shuttle service to and from my home! I was not expecting the multi point check of my car. When the dealer sent a recommendation for $1,100 worth of repair to replace all 4 tires I was caught very off guard. The text came at 4:40PM when I expected just to be told my car was ready. I was not at all prepared to consider any money being spent. I bring my car to the dealership for all my service needs. I bring my car twice per year for full service with oil change and necessary maintenance. I am worried about my tires now and felt it was too unexpected for me to make the right decision at that time. I would have appreciated the heads up that my car was going to be gone over for possible issues and definitely would have been better prepared if someone would have called me with that big of an expense. I most likely would have gone forward if someone had called me. More
