Purchased a vehicle. Within 10 days attempted to contact dealership for assistance with issue. Continued contact with no response until we sent over a work order showing Within 10 days attempted to contact dealership for assistance with issue. Continued contact with no response until we sent over a work order showing our vehicle failed inspection. They asked to fix issue. They only replaced one of the struts. Our vehicle still can not pass inspection. To top it all off. Our vehicle was returned with under half a tank of gas and completely dirty after having it for a week. Do not purchase anything, service or vehicle, from this dealer group. We have given this company ample time to resolve our issue and failed on every step. More

I have purchased 4 cars over 26 years from Piazza and was very satisfied with my most recent visit and service. Walked in and helped right away by Theresa. Work completed within the time promised. There was only one negative thing and that was the 3.5%charge on the Mastercard bill. I use my credit card so much in this country and abroad that I get free trips about every 18 months and no other merchant here or abroad has charged me a fee to use this credit card. Same goes for my American Express. One cost for the work was quoted but when I got home the price was different on the little credit card slip. I was really unhappy about this. The visit so good and then this surprise. More
