I received excellent service and Joe in service was outstanding he explained everything to me that needed to be done when I was there for diagnosis and again the day of my repair. I greatly appreciated outstanding he explained everything to me that needed to be done when I was there for diagnosis and again the day of my repair. I greatly appreciated the use of a courtesy car as well; it made my drop off and pick up a breeze since I didn’t have anyone to ask and Uber would have been expensive. Joes is a very valued employee and should receive a Piazza kiddos award. Only downside was my expensive repair which it was mostly the part required. I had fingers crossed it be a recall. lol. I’ve been a Honda/Acura customer 30+ years and will continue to be. Thank you More
