Good morning, We take your concerns seriously, but I want to be clear that we do not engage in deceitful practices. Transparency and fairness are at the core of how we operate, and it’s important to us that our customers feel confident in choosing to work with us. We’ve built our reputation on having factory trained technicians and equipment manufactured specifically to fit your vehicle. Our shop and our standards may seem higher than other smaller shops, but that is because of the higher level of training the technicians receive as well as safety being of upmost importance, not money. We have the expectation of making vehicles safe, not making money dishonestly. We would not be in business for 20+ years with that business model. The last thing I want any of our clients to feel is mislead and left with distrust, that is not our goal. I will use this as an example to perform continuous training of our staff as to why explanation of what is needed is so important.
