Our CR-V had an unusual problem and we think it was handled well. The Piazza staff was cooperative and informative. The cost of repair was more than we liked of course. But it made sense. Lots of labor to replace the airbag harness and other items. Our insurance covered most of the cost. We do harbor apprehension that rodent damage could occur again and are taking some preventive measures with rodent poison and scents they dislike. An interesting experience but it was well handled. I had my car in for a regular maintenance of oil change, brake fluid,rotate tires and they replaced engine filter. Next day my 2022 Honda Accord left me sit with lights on dash indicating brake issue and c brake fluid,rotate tires and they replaced engine filter. Next day my 2022 Honda Accord left me sit with lights on dash indicating brake issue and call dealer. Had car towed. Dealer said is was a dead battery. Only had the car 2.5 yrs and the paperwork from previous day said battery is green checked and good. Also the radio worked during this time. It was if car was running but could not put it in gear and could not turn it off. That is what drained my battery. Trying to get thru to anyone in service is a nightmare. I called repeatedly trying for someone to tell me how to get it in gear so it could be towed. They just kept passing me around to voicemail and no one ever called me back. I bought a new Honda so I wouldn't have a problem like this. Beka Moatz tried to help but when calling her, I also got voicemail. She blamed it on battery even though the car is a 2022. This is my 4th Honda. Always thought they were reliable and always thought I could count on this dealership. Don't feel that way anymore. More

My son and I have been happy with the service for the 2 cars we’ve bought from and maintained at Piazza Honda since 2009. The 2009 Honda Civic was transferred to a relative in Virginia but the 2021 Honda w cars we’ve bought from and maintained at Piazza Honda since 2009.
