My original visit was for oil change and for tech to CHECK my DRL and I find out the turn signal flashes fast and my high beam bulb was missing. I called Piazza Honda then I go for them to fix the issue CHECK my DRL and I find out the turn signal flashes fast and my high beam bulb was missing. I called Piazza Honda then I go for them to fix the issue of the flashing turn signal. Advisor says that the bulb was missing when I clearly know it was not, then the story gets switched up about 3 more times. I drove 1 1/2 to correct an issue that shouldn't have occurred to begin with. My vehicle was there from approximately 9 am until about 2 pm for something as simply as a turn signal and high beam bulb which by the way when done it was not the same one which led the vehicle to be there that late on a Saturday. More
