Had my car for a week instead when the appointment was scheduled 2 weeks in advance. They also popped my tire, which they did replace, but they popped my tire when test driving it. Went a full day without an update. Poor customer service and communication. Very sad because we love our Honda vehicles but I would not recommend. More
