All went very well. I appreciated being met in the driveway and once inside the fact that there was someone waiting to initiate the paperwork right a way. I have gone to Bobby Rahal in Mechanicsburg for years to buy and service my cars. Their service department is second to none. Personalized service which is efficient and greatly appreciated. Service area is clean and spacious. I thought I would switch to Piazza since I have to travel so far for Rahal. Let me just say that the travel to Mechanicsburg from Sinking Spring is worth the trip for the customer service alone. They know how to do it. Maybe Piazza needs a field trip to see how it is done.
