above and beyond Went in for an oil change. Also was due for inspection. I didn't have my current paperwork on file but he made it happen. Called my insurance agent fo Went in for an oil change. I told him we were there to see another salesperson, and he said "no problem", and opened the front door for us and even went and located the salesperson we were there to see. However, that person had just started with another sales, and we would have had to wait throughout that process, so we then chose Bob who had been so gracioius to us. Bob made us feel very comfortable the entire process, answering our many questions. He was very professional, and we can never give him all the accolades he deserves. You have a great salesperson in him, and I would recommend him and Piazza Honda of Springfield to any of my friends and associates. I also want to give a special thank you to Nick Loscalzo who took us through all the final sales paperwork. He again, made us feel very comfortable explaining every form to me as I was signing them. Bob Foster and Nick Loscalzo both have great personalities, while being very professional and learned in their professions.
