Recall Set up an appointment for airbag recall, based on the letter I received it clearly says that there is a free rental car during the day of service. When I called to set the appointment the service clerk said Honda won’t pay for the rental car which is BS and will be coming out of pocket despite the fact that recall may pose serious issue to me and passenger due to airbag recall. I read the recall letter 10x that free rental car is provided. Enough of that, my appointment is 10am, came there on time, service clerk said over the phone that service will take 1-2 hr process but car did not get done until 4pm. When I called to check if my car is done, they passed me to 3 people until I get the answer. Despite that, The front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating, cashier not too friendly, tall lady.Sales guy was nice too. I bought some headlights for my other suv. I like the self service check in. More
