I always have the BEST experience when I come here! Initially, I came in for an oil change thinking I'd have to return at the end of the month for an inspection. Bill suggested I do the inspection while I was here. When he realized that the car in front of me was in the wrong line, he moved me up. They did everything in record time, and this Express Service team is really top-notch. Bill and these guys are always pleasant, they greet everyone, and they always acknowledge my younger son, who is always with me, and has special needs. Years ago, I leased a brand new car from Piazza, and loved it! I ultimately purchased it, then bought a fabulous Pre-owned car, in cash. I will only go to Piazza for all of my service. My only hope is that when Bill and the man who usually sits next to him, (mechanic, same age group, silver in his hair, slender, aprox. 5'5"- 5'6"), retires, I must be invited to the retirement parties. Sadly, it will be my last time there, unless you reassure me that they've trained the new ones to be as gracious, personable, and as helpful as those gentlemen have been for all the years I've been coming there. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this dealership's service department has been extremely disappointing. I brought my 2019 Honda in for an A/C issue and was charged $234.95 for dia this dealership's service department has been extremely disappointing. I brought my 2019 Honda in for an A/C issue and was charged $234.95 for diagnostics. I was later presented with an estimate of approximately $3,800 in repairs. My concern is not simply the repair cost—it's that despite multiple requests, I have been unable to obtain a clear explanation of what diagnostic procedures were actually performed or the objective basis for the diagnosis. I requested items such as the diagnostic report, leak test results, refrigerant readings, voltage testing, and technician findings. In response, I was repeatedly told many of these were "N/A," while also being informed that multiple components had internally failed. The explanations I received changed over time and were often inconsistent, making it very difficult to understand what I was actually paying for. The most frustrating part has been the communication. The Service Director promised to follow up with me and never did. Questions were often answered with vague or incomplete responses, and I frequently felt that straightforward requests for documentation were being avoided. I understand that mechanical failures happen and that diagnoses can be complex. What I do not understand is paying for a diagnostic service and then struggling for weeks to obtain a clear explanation of the findings. At this point, I am still waiting for complete documentation and a satisfactory resolution. More

John and the rest of the service team were awesome! I showed up there with an issue. Not my local dealer. I was 1 1/2 hours from home.
