Went for inspection oil change and diagnostic check I was told that I could get all the work done while I waited but when I got there they rescheduled the diagnostic as all couldn’t be done unless the c I was told that I could get all the work done while I waited but when I got there they rescheduled the diagnostic as all couldn’t be done unless the car was left there . That wasn’t what I was told when the appointment was made . They did have time to tell me $750 of other work that I would need in the future . Took to my mechanic and he said it wasn’t something that would need to be done right away . I just thought it was funny that they couldn’t check something I asked for as I was having minor electrical issues , but they were able to to find $750 of other repairs . More

Good Friendly Service Have been a customer for a long time and keep coming back. That should speak for itself. However new vendor doing scheduling is terrible. The scheduler did not know how long certain tasks might take, what the cost was. I called twice and both times they said they would have someone call me back. The first time no one did call back. The second time someone from your service center called back a day later and was very nice and apologetic. But I did schedule the oil change with someone else originally. More
