Rude Body Shop manager! I brought my vehicle in for repair August 26, 2019 due to left fender damage by a hit and run accident. Body shop took until September 24, 2019 for fi I brought my vehicle in for repair August 26, 2019 due to left fender damage by a hit and run accident. Body shop took until September 24, 2019 for final repair. I was not contacted during this period. I always had to call them for updates. When I was informed vehicle was ready, I found out the fender did not align flush with new bumper, and paint color was off and was not smooth. Paul told me my standards were too high! I informed him that the repair was terrible! He said he knew I would come to the shop with my guns blazing! I was not combatitive, in fact I was mild mannered in explaining my issues with the repair. I finally was able to pickup the vehicle, and accepted the repair work, but was not totally satisfied. I informed Paul that I was offended by his initial remarks! He apologized, but took no ownership in the way everything was handled. More
