Express Service I had an appointment for an oil change and dropped my car off for this 'express service' at 9 a.m. No one called me to let me know that my car was do I had an appointment for an oil change and dropped my car off for this 'express service' at 9 a.m. No one called me to let me know that my car was done so finally I called them at 4:30 p.m. and they said it was done but that the shuttle driver went home at 3:45. Totally unprofessional! Then it appeared that they had had someone else sign my receipt...it was all messed up. More

Faster than expected I went in this weekend to get a recall serviced on my CRV. Service took less time than I expected! The waiting area was nice and comfortable. Thanks for having a charger for my phone too! I didn't get to use it- service was so quick, but it was nice to know it was there if I needed it. More

Maybe they can do it next week? I made an appointment for an air bag recall and an electrical fix, 11 days in advance. I show up at the appointed time, and they tell me they have to I made an appointment for an air bag recall and an electrical fix, 11 days in advance. I show up at the appointed time, and they tell me they have to order the air bag inflator, so we have to reschedule the appointment. I show up at the new appointment time, and they do the air bag, which takes about 30 min. 90+ min later, they tell me that the very small electrical fix will cost $242, which I reluctantly authorize. 10 min after that, they increase the price to $313, but tell me they have to order the part, and will let me know when it arrives. Six days later, I'm still waiting for the email or phone call. They were very polite through the entire process, but not very helpful. Since they obviously forgot about me, I decided to research the electrical repair. It turns out that the part that needs replacement costs $10 online, and takes only 10 min for an experienced repair person to replace. And, it certainly doesn't take 90 min to diagnose! Starting from no knowledge whatsoever, I diagnosed it in less than an hour. Not being experienced, it will probably take me 40 or 50 min to replace it myself, which is a lot less time than if I went back to Piazza Honda and paid them $313. My advice is to stay far, far away from this group of incompetents. More

Great Service Department I have been using Piazza Honda for 5 years. They are wonderful and trustworthy. The service writers always give you updates while you wait. That be I have been using Piazza Honda for 5 years. They are wonderful and trustworthy. The service writers always give you updates while you wait. That being said, the one downside for me is not having a shuttle service. My previous brand of car dealership had a shuttle service which was wonderful. When you have health issues the last place you feel like sitting at for hours is a dealership. With so many vehicles available on the lot you would think they could dedicate one for a shuttle. When you are spending money to service your vehicle you shouldn’t have to spend more to Uber/Lyft yourself somewhere back and forth. This is the only downside. Other than lack of shuttle I highly recommend Piazza Honda. More
