Missed safety issues on inspection My car failed the emissions test so they were trying to sell me a $3200 catalytic converter. Because they wanted that sale they overlooked my tires wh My car failed the emissions test so they were trying to sell me a $3200 catalytic converter. Because they wanted that sale they overlooked my tires which have almost cord showing and my rear brakes which were down to bare metal. I did not have them do the work and went somewhere else to get a reasonable price. upon the inspection of another mechanic, they noted that the measurements shown on the Honda paperwork we're not even in the ballpark with reality. I Needed tires and rear brakes asap... I won't be back there soon with my old car. More

Recall appointment Something was left intentionally unplugged in my car ( spark plug). It was misfiring and caused the car to jerk really bad which wasn’t the case when Something was left intentionally unplugged in my car ( spark plug). The Honda representative also thought what I was being charged for some work that needed to be done was too expensive and told me to go somewhere else. I was very willing to pay but was told that I can get a better price elsewhere. That says a lot coming from and employee. I broke down after leaving Honda and ended up getting it towed to another shop that had just fixed my starter and the car was running fine. The mechanic just plugged in what was tampered with and the car is running fine. He also didn’t charge me. It’s sad that you can’t trust the dealer. I also tried to call and let the manager know but he just put me on hold. More

When I arrived to the dealership a few minutes before my appointment, all of the "Express Service" lanes were clo My service appointment was for 3 pm.
