5 Star People We came to Piazza frankly because they had the car in stock we had been looking for. But upon arriving, they couldn't have been nicer. John was fantastic to work with; he understood when we had to leave a tad early after getting our car ready (A beautiful Palisade Limited) and was able to give us the walk through in perfect time. He saw us coming a mile away and knew we know how to use cup holders! The bottom line is this crew made the experience enjoyable; they didn't do any hard sell, and they got us what we wanted! Kevin in Finance is also super friendly and even though the paperwork is the least favorite part of ANY purchase, he keeps the pace going and a had a great sense of humor. Keep it up. More
