New Lease Purchase Went Great We first came in looking for a car and the first person to assist didn't listen to what safety features I wanted for my daughter and wasn't a good fit We first came in looking for a car and the first person to assist didn't listen to what safety features I wanted for my daughter and wasn't a good fit for me. We ended up deciding on a SUV and I came back and worked with Hakan. He was perfect for me. He answered every question without hesitation which told me he knew the features of the car, not just how to sell. The test drive and explanation was impressive and that sold us on the Tucson. I came back 2 days later and even though he had multiple clients in motion, he kept things moving for us and got us totally setup with the new car and the technology. During that Sam put together all the paperwork and only took 5 minutes to complete the process. We were in and off with the new car in 1 hour. Great job to both Hakan and Sam. More

Exactly what I wanted within my budget After visiting several dealerships that same day in NJ and DE, we were about to give up for the day until we decided to go to PA as a last chance. Immediately when we stepped out of our car to walk into the dealership, SUNNY SINGH greeted us and showed us a few cars on the lot. We told him we had a very specific budget and he respected that, working to find a used car with the most amenities and the least mileage. He found us a car too good to be true with a smudge on the Carfax, but still a really nice and pretty loaded car. Sunny was so excited to explain all the features of the car and for the test drive took me on the back roads with the Sport drive and I tried out the Eco drive on the regular streets. I enjoyed having someone who really loves cars talk about the features. (This is not the case with some car salespeople. Some people know very little about the cars they are trying to sell). From Sunny's enthusiasm, I felt like I was I was getting a car that I would love to drive. Sunny was professional, efficient, and kind. Because our child came along, we wanted to get through the process as quick as possible. Sunny was done with his part of the process an hour before everyone else and because it was taking forever to talk to the money manager, Sunny went and got my son some pizza and a drink. Although it took a while to talk to the money manager, Christian, he was really nice and being bilingual was a plus since I spoke in English and my husband in Spanish to him. Lastly, I want to say that I really appreciated the diversity in the dealership. I really think this is a strength because it shows that it is an inclusive place for its employees. More
