Chis and I made the deal over the phone. We drove up there and all we had to do was complete the paper work. No games! No haggle! The best part of all of this is that we saved $6000.00. Go ANYWHERE, but here. We actually had the General Manager, Steve Tucci, screaming in our faces about how we had "wasted their time" and "were too stupid to know anything". We left the showroom quite literally shaking, after what I can only describe as an assault by Steve Tucci. The barrage included being cornered by him in a back office, screaming, cursing, and doors being slammed open in our faces while we tried to put space between us and waited for a deposit to be refunded. The behavior was extreme and the lack of professionalism was abhorrent. We nearly called 911...all because we simply wanted to check credit rates with our bank. More
