Honest - Transparent - Priced to Move I was looking for a used Mazda CX-5. I had done my research and knew the market, expected fees, and fair price for the vehicle I was searching for. I was looking for a used Mazda CX-5. I had done my research and knew the market, expected fees, and fair price for the vehicle I was searching for. I found 3 such vehicles. I then proceeded to waste my time negotiating with two dealerships prior to going to Tom Masano Mazda. I got what I asked for, at a price we were both happy with, and when I asked for a list of fees & costs, they sent me the breakdown within 15 min. The entire deal was made over e-mail before I ever left my house. When I went to the showroom in Reading (from Delaware) everything was in order and there was no pressure to up-sell. Test Drive, Purchase, and dinner afterwards took 2.5 hours total and we took our time eating. Other places try to hook you with one well priced vehicle and then up-sell you to something else. Highly recommended for the tech-savvy online shopping looking for no BS. More

Getting a vehicle for a good deal. Great Place To Buy A Car! Darren Brown (dealership manager) and Bob Knosp (salesman) are two of the hardest working people in the business. I brought in a leased Mazda I had obtained from a different dealership. They walked me through all my options and helped me get into a 2015 Mazda 3. The deal was awesome, the service was awesome, and I left happy. A few months before this experience, we went to the same dealer and purchased a Mazda 6. They really know how to make people keep on coming back. They recently remodeled their customer service area, so even during service, I can sit back, enjoy their Wifi, have a cup of coffee, and a muffin. Overall, the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. They will have my business for years to come! More

I went to Tom Masano Mazda in Reading on Thursday and agreed to buy the car that night. There were other similar cars I drove but what pushed me over the edge, aside from the great car, was the great service I got from the salesman Bob Knosp. Bob was not in a hurry to get me sold, he let the car do that. Bob took me out for a test drive that allowed me to see the vehicle under all conditions, didn't hurry me around the block, really let me drive the car. Bob explained everything about the vehicle and was very knowledgable. I did not feel a hard sell like many places. I loved the car and Bob was helpful and knew the answers. Many other salesmen I worked with while searching really knew little about the specifics of the cars they were selling, not like that here. Additionally everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I appreciate the way they acted and will return and recommend others. Great deal on price, they got me a great deal on financing, free state inspections and an oil change down the road. Lastly, before I drove off, they filled the tank with gas!
