This is the second Maxda we have purchased from Tom Masano Maxda - the other a 2013 Mazda3 Touring edition which we still own. We have found the Mazda products to more than live up to their advertisements for quality, safety, fuel mileage and reliability. Service on our Mazda3 has always been performed @ the Masano dealership and work has always been complete, on time and properly performed. I would not hesitate to recommend the Mazda products and/or Masano dealership to any prospective buyers. At 64 years of age I have purchased over 30 vehicles. and clearly feel that the last two purchases, both Mazdas from Tom Masano Mazda, have been my smartest purchases. More

The 2014 Mazda 6 caught his eye because it has a beautiful design, and it has all the bells and whistles he wanted. When we first arrived on the lot, a woman with a big smile approached us. I immediately felt comfortable with her. Her name is Kristin, and she is one of the sales people at Tom Masano Mazda. She was very forthcoming with her answers, and was very knowledgeable. If we asked a question she didn't know the answer to, she got the answer for us. And we had a lot of questions. After a test drive, we decided to put a deposit down on the car. The car had some bumper damage that the dealer is taking care of at no charge to us. They are also installing the navigation system. When we first saw the car, it was parked in the back of the lot, against the fence. It had just arrived so it hadn't been detailed yet. When we came to pick the car up, it looked great. The detailer did a great job making the car look its best. Kristin told us the car would look great, and it did. She always responded via text, email or call when we asked questions, and she followed through on everything she promised us. Dropping thousands of dollars isn't something that I take lightly, and I felt very comfortable buying this car from Masano Mazda. Since the car is certified pre-owned, we have great warranties for added peace of mind should something go wrong. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people I know. And if you want to deal with a sales person who has a great personality, doesn't pressure you in any way, and is knowledgeable about the cars you're considering, go with Kristin. More
