Well let's start that I do not live close to this dealership. I have looked online and saw a used Dodge Ram that fit my needs and my price range. However I had GPS. Mike also called me as I was on the road just making sure I was coming and that if i needed directions. He said he would have the truck waiting for me. I finally arrive and there it was. The truck was sitting right out in front of the dealer. After hello's got keys and took an extra long test drive. Long story short, I bought the vehicle. Everything went smoothly and I am very happy with the deal I got. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family and to whoever may read this. thanks to the entire staff that helped in this sale. after greeting our salesman Mike McCormac, he was more than willing to show us the Mazda model that we would probably like and would suit our needs. we had arrived at the dealership a little close to shut than willing to show us the Mazda model that we would probably like and would suit our needs. we had arrived at the dealership a little close to shutdown but that did not matter to him. He promptly pulled over a cx5 to let us look at. He showed us some of the features of the vehicle and then it was time to close up, We told him we would stop back so we could test drive the car and to look at it more in depth. We stopped back on a Sat. afternoon and we took the car for a drive. I was very skeptical about having a car with a 4cyl engine. However after spending some time with this model this was not the usual 4cyl I had known from years gone back. Mazda has certainly done their homework on this car. We got back to the dealership and started going over pricing for this car. After some lengthy time of bouncing around some numbers, again it was getting close to shutdown so mike offered to let us take the car for the weekend and to really check it out and go over the finance plans that was given to us, We returned to the dealership on Monday night and we finalized our finance figures. So far I am very pleased with all aspects of this crossover suv the Mazda cx5. Thank you Mike for a very pleasant buying experience. This is our second Mazda we purchased from Tom Masano. My wife drives a 2004 Mazda 6 sportwagon. If this cx5 is as good to us as her mazda 6 has been I will be very happy. Thanks again for a pleasant buying experience at Tom Masano. More

I was actually at the dealership to have service performed on my Mazda 6, so I'm already a Mazda fan. I knew that we were eventually going to be looking for a new vehicle for my husband so while I performed on my Mazda 6, so I'm already a Mazda fan. I knew that we were eventually going to be looking for a new vehicle for my husband so while I was waiting I started looking at the CX5 and CX9. Michael did not "attack" me as soon as I started looking, but after a short period of time he casually came over to see if he could help me with any questions. I never felt pressured to take a test drive, he allowed me to explain our situation and that we likely weren't ready to purchase anything. As it turns out my husband and I visited the dealership the following day. Mike spent about 2 hours with us allowing my husband to test drive the car, talk about the different options, the discounts Mazda was offering etc. I had to come back a few days later at 11:00 am to have a part replaced on my Mazda 6, Mike knew that and while Mike was not scheduled to work until 12:00 he was there when I arrived @ 11:00 am. What really impressed me was the fact that he never came running over to me. He was at his desk, he knew I knew he was there, and he allowed me the time I needed before I came over to him. Once again he listened as I bounced some things back and forth about how we weren't really thinking about buying a car at this time, but he never did the sales pressure thing that we've so come to know of car dealers. I think that's why we kept coming back, because he allowed us the time we needed to make an informed decision rather than a pressure decision. My husband and I came back a few days later, Mike had the car we were interested in sitting out front all nice and clean ready for us to take it again for another test drive.........which we did, and this one was longer and more highway so we could further see some of the features we would be getting with the vehicle and we bought the car that day! We are notorious for procrastinating, especially on big ticket items like a new vehicle. It was only 6 days from the time I first started looking at the Mazda CX5 until we purchased the vehicle!!! My 24 year old son was extremely impressed!! Mike treated us like we were his only customer, he encouraged us to look at some of the other vehicles we were considering because he was confident we would find that the CX5 was the best buy....and it was. There was no pressure, we bought this vehicle because we wanted to and we wanted to because Michael took the time to explain and show us everything about the vehicle. More

Mike McCormac was a fine person to work with however the sales manager was the woarst I've ever dealt with. First they did not give me their low internet price.There "best" price was $600 more. We walked out insulted, aggravated and will never return. Today we bought a Mazda5 from Jack Giambalvo in York, PA. We got a great deal with very easy negotiations. More

I just finished the process of buying my first brand new car. Jack Burke was an excellent salesman to work with. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured into anything. Michael was terrific to work with. He worked with me to find the vehicle I was looking for. It took a few weeks to acquire the vehicle that had the interior color that I wanted with the white exterior and find the vehicle I was looking for.
