We had just started shopping, but we knew how much we wanted to spend and how much we wanted our monthly payment to be. At a lot of other car dealerships we would be looking at the cars for 20 to 30 min wanted to spend and how much we wanted our monthly payment to be. At a lot of other car dealerships we would be looking at the cars for 20 to 30 minutes before someone came out to answer our questions. At Tom Masano Bob Knosp came out to help us right away, we told him what we wanted to spend and he pointed us in the right direction. We only test drove one car and we knew it was the one we wanted, a great price, low mileage, perfect condition... no reason to look any further. Bob was great, he walked us through the process as quickly as possible, even though we forgot the checkbook, they worked it out so we were able to have the paperwork processed and could run for the checkbook while they polished the car to a gleaming shine. The best part is to now tell people about our experience and to brag about the great deal we got!! Thank you to all of you, for making it such a great experience, but especially to Bob. The personnel at Tom Masano Mazda have always been very pleasant to deal with both times I purchased a car from them and when my car was in the Service Dept. for routine maintenance.
