We wanted to swap a high monthly payment on a nice Acura TL for 2 cars, with a similar total combined payment. I had already talked to a different local dealership we had worked with before, but their only advice was, "Keep paying on the car awhile and come back later next year." Mike was extremely easy to work with and low-key as he spent much of his day getting a deal worked out for us. Before and after signing the paperwork for a Miata and a Mazda 3, he patiently showed us virtually everything we might need to know to operate both cars. Thanks Mike!! Just bought my first car & I could not have asked for a better overall experience! One of the biggest deciding factors to go back was the genuine help I received from Bob. He took me on a long test drive, worked with my budget and was willing to go above and beyond to accommodate me. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with honesty....and to top it all off....he had a fantastic sense of humor! Overall, Bob was such a pleasure to work with and has even taken time to follow up to make sure everything was going smoothly with my new ride. If I ever get another Mazda, I will definitely come back to Tom Masano in Reading! More
