I called this Dealership and from the first call every detail was handled, remembered and all prices given as well as time it would take to do the job. When the part was in as promised, I was called, aga detail was handled, remembered and all prices given as well as time it would take to do the job. The directions were perfect and it took less time and less money than quoted due to less labor time. How many businsses, let alone dealerships do that. I was never a dealership person when it came to repairs, service, etc. I always thought they overcharged and couldn't be trusted. Must be the Piazza name?????? Anyway, I'm a happy customer and will go back, recommend Piazza Mazda to others and definitely buy another Mazda. Their Service Mgr. even helped me with the remote in the waiting room. (I do have to giggle at the ''requirement'' just above this rectangular box in which I'm typing--i.e., "If your review does not answer 'Why' you have given the rating you have, it will not be accepted." That sentence make it sound as though the computers involved are assessing for accurate content as I write.) The rating given is mainly because of Paul and Bill. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, pleasant, care about their appearance, and hard-working. If they were dour, unhelpful, unpleasant, etc., I would not be back to Mazda. Until recently but for decades, my husband uses an automotive shop just around the corner, with whom he's been very pleased. I could go there, but I don't. I figure that the dealership would likely be the best place for a Mazda to be repaired---but without Paul and Bill as your representative to me, I would have likely chosen my husband's choice. Paul and Bill actually remember me when I call to make an appointment, which amazes me, but it's so nice--kind of the "Mom and Pop" business-run feeling. On rare occasion I've needed to chat with the mechanic working on my car. I wish I could remember the names of the one or two fellows with whom I've spoken.
