I would recommend Piazza Mazda bc both my wife and I have had our cars (both Mazdas, one of which was bought new at the dealer) serviced with them since 2005. Their customer service is outstanding. Everyone I speak to on the phone is courteous, friendly, and helpful. Also, they send out frequent coupons to use for service visits and they frequently solicit customer feedback, which suggests to me that they are committed to excellence. During service visits, they make sure I understand any work being done and always get my approval before doing work that will add extra cost to me. On a recent visit, they were describing a noise my engine was making. I was not sure what they were talking about so Bill walked me out in the rain and had me start the car up so I could hear it. I love the fact that I do not have to worry about being taken advantage of and I also love the confidence of driving a car that is in very good and capable hands. Whenever we have to get a new car, if we are still in the area, I won't even look elsewhere. We'll be going to Piazza Mazda. More
