When bringing in my car for service, I am always greeted with a smile. My car is always worked on in a timely manner and I do not have to wait for hours. Service department is courteous, responsive, and straight shooters. It's never fun to take a car in for service but Piazza Mazda tells you what's wrong and what needs to be done - priority-wise. The turnaround here is always quick, I'll call to schedule an appointment and they usually fit me in the next day, I always have my car back the same day regardless of what I am having done. Everyone I've dealt with is very polite and explains to me what they are doing with my car, what absolutely needs to be done and what can wait until next visit. I feel like this is an honest service shop, they'll let me know that a, b and c need to be taken care right away but x, y, and z are fine now but will eventually need to be changed/tuned up/worked a little down the road (as opposed to some shops that give you a huge-expensive list of repairs every time you go in). I receive reminders in the mail letting me know when I'm coming up on a needed service and often get coupons for discounted services. My car is 5 & 1/2 years old now and does need a few things fixed now and then, each time something is fixed the car rides like new again. More
