We went to the Piazza service center to diagnose a vibration while turning left in our Mazda CX-9. Jeremy was extremely helpful in listening to the problem with the vehicle and explaining what they w vibration while turning left in our Mazda CX-9. Within 15 minutes he was in the waiting room explaining that we needed to replace our wheel bearing. He gave me an accurate time estimate for the service and covered it under warranty. After a short amount of time he returned and explained that the technician had replaced the front wheel bearing, but upon a test drive continued to hear the vibration. He suggested replacing the rear wheel bearing, once again under warranty. The service was done quickly and I was constantly kept up to date on the status of my car. Jeremy explained the issues with the vehicle thoroughly and was extremely pleasant to interact with. We will continue to have all our service done at Piazza Mazda and plan to purchase further vehicles from this dealer. More

We went to Piazza Mazda to get a new car, after doing a lot of research on prices/options etc. I was also told that Piazza were good with sales, and were reputable dealers. I told him that we wanted a specific vehicle with options at a specific price that I was willing to pay. He smiled and said he'll make sure we get there. I told him what we wanted, without much haggling I actually got a very fair deal for the vehicle I wanted. He did not try to sell me anything more than what I wanted, and needed. True customer oriented sales!! We walked out with a brand new car and a sense of accomplishment. Mike went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of at every step of the car-buying process and would definitely give him 2 thumbs up! More
