So I bought a VW Taos in January of 2025. I was to use if for ridesharing, and explained my proposal to the sales rep and the manager. They sold me a New car that had been sitting at the deal I was to use if for ridesharing, and explained my proposal to the sales rep and the manager. They sold me a New car that had been sitting at the dealership since September, which they said was in perfect working order and they had used it to drive cash deposits over to the bank a couple of times. It had 10 miles on it. I paid full price. Everyone was super happy with the deal. Within the week there were electrical malfunctions on the car. The windows would roll down when i tried to put them up, the wipers would turn on for no apparent reason, the cruise control would stop working. When I went back to the dealership to let them know, the woman who had sold me the car said she was very sorry, but there was nothing she could do. "Once you buy the car..." was all she could come up with... Yes! Once I buy the car it should be under warranty and any malfunctions should be covered under this warranty, and the dealership where I bought it should be able to take responsibility for these issues... But apparently not at Piazza! So eventually I went to VW North America, and they mediated with the dealership to try to fix some of the issues, but that has also been a very slow process, and although they have assured me that they will do what they can if any other issues arise, they haven´t fixed the window issues and my front windows all too often still roll down when I try to put them up, which can be quite annoying in the rain and with a customer in the vehicle. Unfortunately, I will never buy from Piazza ever again, because even though they assure me they didn´t have any idea that there were any issues with the vehicle, I find this hard to believe. So selling a car to a customer, knowing that they will assume that hot potato and have to pay for it is simply immoral, and shows the kind of dealership we are dealing with, and even though I love the way VW´s generally drive, at this point it will be a while before I venture into another VW thanks to a few bad apples. It´s shameful. In order to continue working rideshare I had to trade my car in and get a better vehicle... not VW, of course. I recommend a different dealer, different car, different sales folks with a bit more moral values... buying a car should not be something someone can swindle you on and simply walk away without any repercussion at all whatsoever, but it seems to be the case here, unfortunately... I'll move on to bigger and better things. More

I appreciated the dealership's willingness to work with us on our trade and also the efficiency of the purchasing process. Kayla, the sales associate who assisted us with our purchase, was incredibly helpful when running numbers for us as we were not able to make it to the dealership before it closed on a particular day. I take my car here for service because it is convenient. The additiinal waiting area is comfortable while waiting for my car to be serviced.
